I looked in my idaho statesman on page 9 and it only had an ad for the 10%. Are these in their instore coupon booklet do you think??

Hi Arin,

These coupons will NOT be in their in-store booklets, they were only in the paper, and only good for 3 days.

You might want to stop by Fabulessly Frugal (link is above your comment) and leave a comment on their Fred Meyer is Fabulous post, they might be able to help you find the coupon since they are in Idaho. I am in Washington, so I verify that they were found in those papers.

I know that one of the comments said that they forgot their coupons one, and a cashier had some that she was able to scan for her. Not sure if that will work for everyone.

I hope that is some help!
